Torkil is a logistics controller at Måsøval and a chili enthusiast. His recipe is inspired by both Norwegian, South-American and Asian cuisine - a proper fusion recipe that you just have to try!
Fry the salmon, preferably in a nonstick pan.
Boil the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Remove the seed from the mango and cut it into cubes and chili into slices, squeeze a little lime or lemon over the mango and chili, add olive oil and salt, and mix everything with the egg noodles.
In a bowl, mash two avocadoes then add one clove of finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, lime or lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Mix it together.
Plate the dish to your liking, and enjoy!
